​Guaranteed ups and guaranteed downs.  The givens of a well flowing life. How to navigate depends on pure will and vision. I'm writing this after the win with a 29 point comeback of the New York Knicks during the NBA playoffs.

The math was not prevalent  and the path  to victory looked impossible . I went to get a pizza ( veggie)  only to come back to hear the Knicks won from a 29 point gap. That is life!  Vision, belief and blind grit to keep it steady and moving.   The lessons I learned doing my 25 years in the media in two highly competitive markets Los Angeles and Washington DC. FIGURE IT OUT…STRATEGY…  RELY ON YOUR COMMUNITY…. GET UP EVERYDAY….. DONT FREEZE.. KEEP IT MOVING …. and most importantly BELIEVE!!
